Inloggen met DigiD
Download de MijnOLVG-app in de App Store of Google Play Store of ga naar www.mijnolvg.nl. Log daarna eenvoudig in met uw DigiD.
If you cannot log in to MijnOLVG with DigiD, for example because you do not have a Dutch identity document, you can log in using a username and password. To do this, you first need an activation code.
You can obtain an activation code in several ways:
If you request the code online, click ‘Aanmelden met een activatiecode’ and then ‘Aanmelden met uw informatie’. Enter your details and click 'Verzenden'. If your information matches an existing patient record, you will receive an activation code by email.
Use the activation code to create your account.
You will receive a verification code by email or text message. Enter this code to activate your account and complete the login process.
In some cases, we may not be able to send you an activation code. This can happen if:
You can use the MijnOLVG website or app to recover your username or reset your password.
Please contact OLVG to register as a patient. Once you are registered, you can request an activation code.
